About the Journal
Sociolytics Journal is a peer-reviewed, interdisciplinary journal that focuses on the intersection of sociology and data analytics. It publishes original research, theoretical discussions, and case studies that explore how data-driven approaches can be applied to social sciences. The journal aims to bridge the gap between traditional sociological research and modern computational techniques, including big data, machine learning, and network analysis, to better understand societal trends, behaviors, and structures.
Peer Review Process
Each paper is reviewed by one of the editors, and if it is judged suitable for this publication, it is then sent to at least two independent referees for double-blind peer review. Based on their recommendation and consultation with relevant members of the Editorial Advisory Board, the Editors then decide whether the paper should be accepted as is, requires a minor revision, requires a major revision, or is to be rejected.
